    You brighten my

    every day

    radiant golden hair

    streaming

    green eyes gleaming

    you look at me,

    look at me!

    I feel your warm

    gaze basking

    long slender arms

    grasping

    wet lips parting

    you kiss me,

    you kiss me!

    I can only love

    you forever

    deeply my heart

    beats

    strong hands caress

    we live once,

    we live as one!

  • Travel Time

I'm off to Tampa Fla. on the first flight since 9-11.  I'm not nervous or in any way anxious.  The thoughts filling my head are more on the movement of time in the past two years; events and accidents and the shrinking of the world.  Focusing on my universe I know my possibilities have diminished in the rubble of the towers, a narrowing of my eyes to see what I did not want to see.  Now I'm off, the blue orb shrinking below me.

  • More on B.K. Frantzis - I have never met a man so incongrous in his appearance and his physicality.  He is as wide as two of me; a slender 150 man; with a belly, short arms and legs and a very large trunk.  He looks like a small bear that happens to be standing for food.  You would expect a man like this to waddle, and teeter with locomotion only as a necessity not a desired act.  Yet he glides into the room motions smooth and powerful.  He is entirely in his body, entirely at home and one with himself.  It radiates outward in every move he makes.  After seeing him in person at Brookline Tai Chi I am convinced Tai Chi is a powerful practice.

  • Nurturing Your Spirit

I just returned from a session with B.K. Frantzis on "Nurturing Your Spirit, Techniques of Daoist Meditation relating to Tai Chi."  Quite an incredible evening.  Flowing energy looking inside to see outside.  His Big Book of Tai Chi is THE book you want to get to delve into the fundamentals and the reasons why slow motion exercise and Taoist meditation leads to a healthier happier life.

  • Morning Pages

What would it be like if I wrote every morning, spoke to the ether, vented my brain over a cup 'o joe and the sunrise?  These fellows know, http://www.the-morning-pages.com/ , the feeling of the morning - heading into the day head in the day.

Email posting ... Gloriously unformatted pomp and circumstance. The XANGA CSS reference is excellent! Onward and upward. I wonder how my symbolized signature will appear? Lets find out.

  • And the wind cried ...

The fall in New England brings wind and a day of rain.  Yesterday was a perfect day to gaze outside, to

    watch the rain and wind
    blowing misting raining pouring.
    Mother nature shedding tears
    for her children's bright golden
    leaves summer breeze thrashing
    atop thinning startled trees.

Where else would you live in October?  The bounty here lies at your feet.
