  • Time is Fleeting

    (63 hours : 30 minutes : 55 seconds)

    Time Warp
    Riff Raff

    It's astounding
    Time is fleeting
    Madness takes its toll
    But listen closely

    Magenta

    Not for very much longer

    Riff Raff

    I've got to keep control
I remember doing the Time Warp
    Drinking those moments when
    The blackness would hit me

    Riff and Magenta

And the void would be calling

    Chorus

Let's do the Time Warp again
Let's do the Time Warp again

A counter on my web page ticks down the hours until I will be married.

A friend of mine told me that before your wedding time expands, each perceived day is really three. This explains my lack of memory for most of the month of August.

The trouble with this is now that it is here, after 18 months of an engagement, I want to enjoy it so much!!! I want to grab the reins of the charging steeds of time and yank back with both fists. I want to sip each chaotic, wonderful, ridiculous and sublime drop rolling each joyous tear in my mouth and holding off "I do" until "we can't wait" anymore. I want to play the next 72 hours like a symphony full of tempo changes and feel the pianissimo crescendo to the double forte!

    Bring it on - Slowly.
